1. PROJECT BRIEF :

An Android APP concept in the development where a shopkeeper or a shop manager would be able to keep track of their customer’s credits on other shops in their community.

He can manage their own customers and flag those customers who are fraudulent or are in the zone.

2. The Challenges :

BorrowTracker Needed A complete solution that required user management for the shopkeeper’s customers, their udhari (credits), their status, their information, their tracking information & other misc management purposes.
A payment gateway was needed in order to make the shopkeepers purchase the app via an in-app yearly subscription method.
A sidebar was needed for proper navigation purposes to each and every aspect of the app’s solution.
A material design was needed in order to make it look professional.
Security measures were needed to be taken for unauthorized app access.
Timely notifications were needed to be managed.
Report generation features were needed.
Authentication of each personnel was needed for KYC and verification purposes.
A filtering feature for real-time report generation was needed.
A search function was needed to view a specific udhari report and customer.
Image processing along with other database features was needed for things to go smoothly.

3. The Process :

The Frontend Design Structure :

A Thorough Design & Component Research Was Implemented In Order To Analyze The Pain Points And Design Structure Of the application with reference to the given references by the client.
A Light Theme with a Purple Accent Color was decided in order to make it look noble and luxurious.
Every Fragment/Activity Would Be Assigned A Category At The NavBar For Proper navigation To A Category That The Shopkeepers would Want To navigate to.
What Fonts To Use, Was Later Decided As Poppins By Google Along With Accent Colors As Purple, Purple Dark And Black With Purple & Light Purple Typographic Colors.

The Development :

Considering The Website Needed An Admin Panel To Process Admin to Shopkeeper Notifications along with Tech Support Functionalities & Users Along With Its Management For the Latter, An Admin Website connected with a MYSQL database was curated and was A Great Option To Go With.
Coded with Java And integrated with Google Firebase For Customizing The Working Of Data, Authentication along with the backend processing like data uploading/downloading of the shopkeeper who is going to use in the app.
